To ensure we provide the utmost quality of care to each of our patients, we've instituted a number of office policies that help us carry out our work.
We know your time is valuable, which is why we strive to make appointments at our office focused and efficient. But as a part of that commitment, we reserve your appointment time specifically for you – so if you ever need to change or cancel an appointment, we kindly request 48 hours notice. Unfortunately, if you miss an appointment without giving 48 hours notice, we will have to charge you a small fee.
That said, we understand accidents happen. Sometimes, life just gets in the way! While we can't "jam" you into the schedule in fairness to our other patients, you're more than welcome to wait in our office for an opening in the schedule. At our practice, we believe nothing should stand between you and your dream smile – finances least of all. That's why we're proud to accept any insurance that allows you to choose your dentist and is in-network for Delta Dental Premier and Anthem Blue Cross.
That said, insurance policies vary greatly, so only your insurer can tell you much coverage you have. We're more than happy to make a good faith estimate of your coverage, but we can't guarantee that amount – only your insurance company can say for sure.
Regardless of your insurance, your patient portion is due at the time of service. To make treatment more convenient for you, we're happy to bill your insurance company electronically with 30-day payment terms. However, ultimately you are still responsible for the entire balance of your treatment if your insurance company fails to pay or delays payment.
